he Ford Farmland Auction will offer 91.92 +/- acres in one tract, located on Illinois Route 122 west of Hopedale, Illinois. The farm consists of approximately 40 cropland acres with the balance in pasture and timber. The farm is ideally situated along a state highway and just one-half mile from access to Interstate 155. Indian Creek passes through the property providing a valuable water source for wildlife. There are no existing hunting or farming leases on the property. An easement agreement exists for a cell tower on the property with no payment for the cell tower.
The farm will be offered via a timed online only auction, with a soft close on October 22nd at 11:00AM. Bidding will be available at our website or through First Mid Ag Services mobile app.
