AUCTION INFORMATION
Auction: Online Bidding begins Thursday, June 27th at 1:00 p.m. CT and ends Thursday, July 11th at 1:00 p.m. CT.
Bidding: All bidding is by the dollar.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the Total Contract Price paid by the Purchaser.
Bidder Registration Fee: A registration fee of $10,000.00 is required to register to bid.
Terms of Sale: The Contract is to be signed and returned to Target Auction Company auction day. This is a Cash Sale with 10% down due by 4:00 pm CT on Friday, July 12th with the balance due at closing within 30 days.
