TERMS
$200,000 (non-refundable) down on the day of the sale. Balance due in cash at closing, on or before November 15, 2021, OR contract for deed available with an additional $700,000 down [on 11/15/21] and the balance carried on a 15 year contract for deed. The interest rate on the first 10 years will be 3.5% and the last 5 years will be 6%. Buyer will be able to prepay in part or full on this contract at anytime.
