These tracts will be offered via a live Public Auction that will take place Friday, October 10, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM at the Walden Park Clubhouse located at 501 South East Street in Corydon, Iowa. The land will be offered as four individual tracts and will not be offered in their entirety at the conclusion of the auction. This auction can also be viewed through the Peoples Company mobile bidding app and online bidding will be available.
