SELLING: 142 +/- Acres in Three Tracts in Township 43N, Range 4W, Sections 29 & 30 in Gasconade County Missouri
TRACT 1: Consists of approximately 50+/- Acres total with 44.20 acres tillable according to the Gasconade County FSA Office. The balance of this tract is in creek bed, wooded banks, and a wooded strip. It is terraced and currently in soybeans. Tract 1 has frontage and access off the Pleasant Hill School Road # 336 that runs up the entire east side of the tract. Langejammer Creek runs along the west side of Tract 1.

TRACT 2: Consists of 51+/- Acres and lies in the center of the farm. This tract has creek frontage along the southeast side, it is basically wooded with some open creek bottom that is currently in soybeans. The balance consists of the old homestead and some open area that was used for pasture. The Gasconade County FSA office calls for 8.41 acres tillable and 7.42 open acres in pasture. Tract 2 has frontage and access off of Pfeiffer Road # 334 that runs along the south side of this tract. Langejammer Creek runs along the east side of Tract 2.
TRACT 3: Consists of 41+/- acres, it has approximately 11 acres this is open and is currently in permanent pasture. The balance is in timber. It has an electric line right-a-way that is open and cuts diagonally across from the southeast to the northwest corner of the tract. Also, it has a smaller power line right-a-way that runs up the west boundary. Tract 3 has frontage and access off Pfeiffer Road # 334 that runs along the south side.
