Pulaski and Elkhart, Illinois on County Hwy 19, or 400th St. The farm will be offered at auction on November 29th as two tracts using the Choice and Privilege auction method. The combined five year average yield history is 245 bushels per acre on corn and 80 bushels per acre on soybeans and consists mainly of Ipava, Sable and Tama soils with a weighted soil PI across the entire farm of 138.6. Tract sizes are 114.47 & 76.18+/- surveyed acres. Soil fertility is in excellent condition. There are no buildings and the lease is open for 2019. From Mt. Pulaski, IL Take County Hwy 10 west 8 miles to 800th St. Turn left (south) and go 3 miles to 400th St (County Hwy 19). Turn left and go 1.4 miles to the farm.
