This flat-and-black, highly productive McLean County farm is located 2 miles northeast of Colfax, IL, and will be offered in two adjacent farmland tracts choice and privilege on November 20, 2018 at the Davis-Kerber American Legion Post, Colfax. Primary soil types are Drummer & El Paso silty clay loams, Chenoa silty clay loam, and Raub silt loam. The 157.77 +/- total surveyed acres are divided into two tracts, with the farmstead and cell tower sites excluded. The north tract totals 78.97 +/- surveyed acres, with an estimated soil productivity index of 134.9. The south tract totals 78.80 +/- surveyed acres, with an estimated soil productivity index of 136.0. A Cell tower site is cut out of the southwest corner of Tract 2. There are no buildings and the farm lease is open for 2019. Corn stalks have been chiseled and a reimbursement will be due for this work.

Go north 5.5 miles to IL Route 165 at Anchor. Turn left and go west 2 miles to 3600E Road. Turn right (north) and go 1 mile to the farm that starts on the northwest corner of the intersection at 2100N Rd.
From Colfax, IL go east on IL Route 165 for 2 miles to 3600E. Turn left and go north 1 mile to the farm.
