The Finck Family Trust #1 Farm is located 4 1/2 miles southwest of Gridley along County Highway 29 in Gridley Township, McLean County. The farm comes with 155.28 FSA cropland acres, a soil PI rating of 133.4 on the tillable acres, and excellent fertility levels. The farm will be surveyed into two tracts, an approximate West Tract #1 of 77.6+/- Acres and East Tract #2 of ~80.0+/- Acres. Bidding will be conducted in a "Choice & Privilege" Format where the high bidder has the opportunity to take either or both tracts. If the high bidder does not take both tracts the runner up bidder will be contacted to see if they want the remaining tract at the high bid price. If there is a tract remaining after they have made their decisions, then we will offer the remaining tract in a second round of bidding. From Gridley, Illinois, at Center Street go south on Gilmore Rd/County Hwy 29 for 1 mile. Turn right onto E 3000 North Rd and go 1.0 mile,
Turn left onto N 1925 East Rd. (still county Hwy 29) and go south 2.6 miles. Destination will be on the left.
