The Norse Farms LTD virtual farmland auction offers 546.26 +/- acres in six tracts, located in close proximity to Monticello and White Heath, Illinois. Tract sizes span from 35-226 +/- acres with 128-143 soil PIs. There is open tenancy for the 2024 crop year and no buyers premium charged.
The farms will be offered using the Choice and Privilege auction method. The virtual live auction will take place March 19th, 10 AM CST. Bids can be made online by registering through the First Mid Ag Services mobile app or website. Prebidding will be available March 5th - March 19th with the Live Call beginning at 10 AM CST on March 19th.
