METHOD & TERMS
The acres in this brochure are approximate and a survey is in progress and will be completed prior to sale day. The surveyed acres will be used to constitute the final settlement price. Bidding is not contingent upon financing.
Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Monday, May 2, 2022 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing on the tillable acres and pasture on Tracts 1 & 2. The outbuildings and livestock handling pens on Tract 2 will be reserved for the seller until July 1, 2022. Full possession will be given at the time of closing of the home on Tract 2.
