The Kolb Farms are located ~4 miles north of Roanoke, or ~27 miles northeast of Peoria, IL in Woodford County. These prime, Class A farms will be offered in two tracts: Tract #1: 100 +/- acres and Tract #2: 20 +/- acres. Tracts will be offered as a Choice and Privilege live, in-person auction format with remote bidding options. This farm has a high percentage of tillable acres on each tract. The soils are primarily El Paso silty clay loam and Flanagan silt loam with a weighted soil PI of 143.2 on Tract #1 and 142.7 on Tract #2. Tenancy will be open for 2022. From Roanoke, Illinois take County Road 13 North out of town. Turn left on 1950 East Road, go 1/3 mile to the field on the left (south side of the road) for Tract 1. For Tract 2, continue north on County Road 13 to 2100E and turn right. Go 7/8 of a mile and the 20 acre Tract 2 begins on the right (south) side of the road. It is at the southwest corner of 2100N & 1900E.
